New Build Stone Houses
The existing bungalow was demolished and two new build houses erected using a traditional material of cut and dressed stone which complimented the neighbouring historic cottage properties/. We added a number of modern details which included providing great outlook from the first floor and naturally lit internal spaces. The sloping site provided a novel idea for split levels and really helped the building to blend into the site
